Hollyberry Farm
HOLLYBERRY FARM CENTER FOR NATRUAL HORSEMANSHIP
Hollyberry Farm was founded in 1994 by Dan & Christa Roser. The original farm consisted of 29 acres located in the river hills of South Central Pennsylvania. With the addition of another 24 acres in 1997, Hollyberry Farm currently spans over 53 acres of pasture, woods, and farm land.
The Farm contains a 150 by 150 foot outdoor arena, 4 – fifty foot round pens, 70 foot liberty arena, 180 foot honeycomb arena, trail obstacle course, cutting flag, trail riding, and 10 indoor and 2 outdoor stalls and parking for 10 trailers.
Horses
Beginning in 1997, Hollyberry Farm added horses to its growing compliment of animals. A wonderful half Arab/Quarter Horse mare, Candy Apple Jack and a half Arab/Quarter Horse gelding, Black Jack, The Ace of Spades, started a journey in Natural Horsemanship. A few ponies were added in 1998. With the death of Spades in 2004 and the addition of Gandalf The Grey in 2004, Dan & Christa found Parelli Natural Horsemanship.
Currently
Horses are the mainstay of the farm. We currently partner with 10 horses of every horsenality and spirit level. This diversity, interacting with hundreds of students and horses each year, and with over 45 years combined horsemanship experience give Dan & Christa a unique perspective that enables them to help students and there horses achieve dreams of true partnership and true unity, naturally. .

Early Years
Dan & Christa began growing fruit and vegetables as a way of providing natural foods for themselves and their family. Pretty soon however the Farm was raising dairy goats for milk and dairy products, grass fed beef, and pastured poultry including, eggs, broiler chickens, and turkeys for customers throughout South Central Pennsylvania.
Nubian Dairy Goats has been the cornerstone of the farm for nearly 20 years. Beginning with two very respected lines of goats, the farm began its breeding program. From its humble beginnings Hollyberry soon gained a regional reputation of growing hearty and productive goats, with customers winning many awards at regional shows.
